Airbnb Cleaning Miami: The Turnover Checklist

Before the guest arrives
- Give yourself a minimum 3-hour window between check-out (11a) and check-in (3p).
- Bring two full linen sets so wash cycles don't block the turnover.
- Restock inventory (TP, paper towels, coffee, soap) before the deep-clean starts.
- Photograph the unit before you clean — protects you if the departing guest is disputed.
Kitchen (guest-critical)
- Wipe every counter, backsplash, and appliance exterior
- Clean inside microwave, toaster, and coffee maker
- Empty and sanitize refrigerator — remove any guest leftovers
- Run dishwasher empty with a cleaner tab
- Restock: coffee, filters, sugar, salt, oil, paper towels, dish soap, sponge
- Check every dish, mug, and utensil for lipstick, food, or residue

- Verify Wi-Fi card, house manual, and check-out instructions are visible
